Refund Policy

 

At D. Monét Hair, we strive to provide high-quality hair extensions and wigs that meet your expectations. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To qualify for a refund or replacement:

    1.    Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

    2.    Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

    3.    Submit your claim to Info@dmonethair.com.

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

    •    Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

    •    Claims made after the 7-day window.

    •    Change of mind after purchase.

 

Processing Time

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
