D. Monét Hair does not keep hair on hand for custom wig orders. Once an order is placed, it will take 3-4 business days for the hair to arrive. The 7-10 business day turnaround time begins after the hair has been received. A tracking number will be provided once the wig has shipped.
PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
D. Monét Hair will issue an invoice for payment. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Afterpay and Klarna are also available at checkout within your invoice. If you wish to use an alternative payment method, such as Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo, please contact us for approval. All sales are final.
Customers may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving their product. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Returns are only allowed if the product arrives damaged or if the issue is due to our error.
Products that have been worn, styled, altered, or used are not eligible for return. Custom-made products, opened hair extensions, and styled or altered wigs are non-returnable.
The product must be sent back for inspection, including all original packaging and accompanying materials.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
