REFUND POLICY

Return Window

   •    Customers must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

   •    After 7 days, returns will no longer be accepted.​​

Eligibility for Returns

•    Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if the issue is a result of our error.

•    Products that have been worn, styled, altered, or used are not eligible for returns.

•    Custom-made products, opened hair extensions, and wigs that have been styled or altered are non-returnable.

Return Process

  •    The product must be sent back to us for inspection.

  •    Returns must include the original packaging and all accompanying materials.

  •    Once the product has been inspected and approved for return, a refund will be issued in the            original form of payment.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
